Q: Can you print samples?
A: Yes we can, but because of the set-up involved you may find it to expensive to get a sample of a screen printed job. We keep our prices low because we strive to keep our set-up time down in comparison to our print time on each job. If we are setting up a job on the press to produce a sample it is difficult to achieve this goal, depending upon the number of colors. We can assure our customers with sending a picture of the first shirt off the press.
Q: Do you print in house?
A: All of our printing is done on site. We pride ourselves on quality control, so we can assure you that when your job goes to print we will approve the first shirt off the press.
Q: What format should my artwork be submitted in?
A: Artwork can be submitted in a number of formats. One color images are best submitted as jpg, jif, or pdf. Images with multiple colors are best submitted as illustrator files if they are spot color, if theyíre full color process, jpg or tif is best.
Our art department can more often than not work with any graphic format. Please donít hesitate to call or email support@extremescreenprints.com if you need further artwork assistance.
Q: What if I do not have artwork, or my art work needs to be print ready?
A: Extreme screen prints can take care of all your artwork needs from logo clean-up or recreated to suit your needs.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We accept cash, credit cards, money order, and paypal. Payment is due before we can process your order.
Q: What is your pricing policy?
A: Our prices our based primarily on quantity, the more shirts you order, the less you will pay. Other factors such as your choice of garments, print colors, and location will also factor into your final price.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. Rush service is available.
Q: Do you offer a rush service?
A: Rush service is available for an extra fee of 25% on the total order.
Q: What brand/types of shirts do you carry?
A: We carry just about anything from any major manufacturer in our industry. Please feel free to browse our catalog for further information.
