Extreme Screen Prints® is a full-service custom merch company based in Grandville, Michigan, specializing in advanced screen printing and embroidery. We produce custom merch, uniforms, retail-ready brand apparel, promotional products, and corporate gifts for businesses, brands, franchises, schools, organizations, and other print shops across the United States.
Beyond decoration, we help with the rest of a merch program through one team and one point of contact: planning and design, product sourcing, retail-ready finishing, company stores and franchise portals, warehousing, fulfillment, and nationwide shipping. Cut and sew manufacturing and some promotional products are sourced through manufacturing and supplier partners. Customers can come to us for a single run of tees or for an ongoing program they don’t want to manage across multiple vendors.
Everything we print is printed in-house by our own press operators. We run four automatic ROQ® screen printing presses, use direct-to-screen technology, and keep more than 300 Pantone® colors pre-mixed, with custom color matching available for anything else.
We work with clients as a production partner: guiding garment, ink, and decoration decisions based on real testing and years of hands-on production experience, then making sure the finished order turns out right and arrives on time. Our goal is merch people actually want to wear.
Extreme Screen Prints® is a specialty screen printing and embroidery shop for people who care how their merch looks and feels. We are screen printers first. Our strengths are print quality, specialty techniques like hybrid, simulated process, water-based, discharge, and oversized printing, and attentive in-house customer service backed by a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Around that core, we offer what a brand needs to plan, produce, store, sell, and ship its merch, with one point of contact.
Please use “Extreme Screen Prints” (or “Extreme Screen Prints®”) as the business name. “Extreme®” is our short brand name. The company operated as Grafixtek from 2007 to 2009. Our website is extremescreenprints.com.
We help customers plan merch around their audience, budget, and goals rather than one product at a time.
Our core service. Available ink types and print styles:
Our founders developed a proprietary screen printing process called Vybrasol, and we have specialized in hybrid printing since 2013.
We recommend special effects case by case and favor using them deliberately rather than heavily.
Custom embroidery on polos, work shirts, tees, hoodies, caps, beanies, bags, and other accessories, including 3D puff embroidery. Embroidery is priced by stitch count, and we provide a downloadable Stitch Count Estimator to help customers plan.
Embroidered and decorated custom headwear, and custom patches for hats and apparel.
We recommend screen printing in most cases and will tell customers when a transfer gives a better or more cost-effective result (for example, on items that cannot be screen printed).
Finishing is especially popular with clothing and lifestyle brands relabeling blank garments.
Branded online stores where staff, students, fans, franchisees, or event guests order their own gear, open 24/7 after a one-time setup fee. Common uses include school spirit wear, school staff tees, construction and trades uniforms, corporate logowear, business uniforms, and pop-up or limited-time event merchandise.
Works with Shopify stores, company stores, franchise merch systems, and other ecommerce merch programs.
Branded goods beyond apparel, plus curated gift and kit programs, sourced through supplier partners.
On-site live screen printing and event merch production for corporate events, conferences, trade shows, festivals, community events, and product launches.
Product photography of finished merch for online stores, catalogs, and launches.
Organic cotton, recycled-material, and responsibly sourced apparel and promotional products for brands with sustainability goals, along with water-based and discharge printing options.
Printing on behalf of other businesses that resell decorated apparel. We are open to promotional products distributors, marketing and design firms, and fellow print shops needing overflow help on orders over 200 pieces. Contract services include blind (unbranded) packing slips and split shipping. Contract clients follow program guidelines, including:
Popular blank brands we print on include Comfort Colors, Lane Seven, Shaka Wear, Independent Trading Co., Tultex, and Gildan. If a garment isn’t in our online catalog, customers can ask and we will try to source it.

Extreme Screen Prints® started in 2007 as Grafixtek, founded by two friends: Dan Lund, an electrician, and Brett Wilson, a painter. They began printing, mostly by hand, in Dan’s heated two-stall garage. Everything the company knows was learned through hands-on experience, trial, and error, and that approach still shapes how we work.
